The current fee schedule was last updated in 2011. A comparative study of fees in surrounding municipalities was conducted as a basis for proposed increases. Public hearing to adopt the proposed fee schedule was closed and deliberations were continued to this meeting. Health Department is a department within the General Fund and under MGL c. 44, § 53 , any money received by a municipal department or official belongs to the general treasury upon receipt.
