Continued public hearing for Application of VTT Framingham Renaissance, LLC for Major Site Plan Review, Public Way Access Permit, Special Permit for Mixed-Use Complex over 30,000 square feet in the CB District, Parking dimensional waiver by special permit 28’ drive aisles for parking areas with 2 way circulation, Mixed Use Development Waiver by Special Permit for lot coverage), Mixed Use Development Waiver by Special Permit for open space and recreation, and Special Permit for Land Disturbance and Stormwater Management. The applicant proposes to construct a four- story, 48-unit residential building. (The Applicant has requested a continuance to September 3, 2026).

Application of Framingham Department of Public Works, for a Scenic Roadway Modification. The project includes the removal of five trees within the public right-of-way to facilitate installation of a new 24-inch water main. The proposed trees involved are a 23-inch DBH, Pinus strobus, 22.25-inch DBH, Acer platanoides, 5.5-inch DBH, Acer platanoides, 9-inch DBH, Robinia pseudoacacia, and an 11.75-inch DBH, Acer platanoides. The trees have been determined to be in fair to poor condition and are proposed for removal due to their location within the work area. Four replacement trees will be planted following construction. The project also includes temporary disturbance and reconstruction of part of an existing stone wall within the public right-of-way.
