The proposed project involves conversion of the building into mixed-use, with existing office space on the first floor and five residential dwelling units to be developed on the currently vacant second and third floors. 09:19Application of Framingham Department of Public Works, for a Scenic Roadway Modification. The project includes the removal of five trees within the public right-of-way to facilitate installation of a new 24-inch water main. The proposed trees involved are a 23-inch DBH, Pinus strobus, 22.25-inch DBH, Acer platanoides, 5.5-inch DBH, Acer platanoides, 9-inch DBH, Robinia pseudoacacia, and an 11.75-inch DBH, Acer platanoides. The trees have been determined to be in fair to poor condition and are proposed for removal due to their location within the work area. Four replacement trees will be planted following construction. The project also includes temporary disturbance and reconstruction of part of an existing stone wall within the public right-of-way.
