Upon request of Councilor Mallach, a joint proclamation declaring August 9-15, 2026 as Urban Agricultural Week in the City of Framingham.

Upon request of the Appointment Subcommittee, a recommendation and vote upon the Mayor's reappointment of 3 division heads: • Kathy Davies O'Leary- Director of Human Resources • Fredrick Bray- Building Commissioner • Sarkis Sarkisian- Director of Planning & Community Development

Grant of Location Hearing at the request of Verizon New England and Eversource Electric to install one (1) new push brace pole and one (1) stub pole and to relocate two (2) existing poles on Salem End Road.

Grant of Location request by Verizon and Eversource, to relocate one (1) existing pole on Pearl Street.
