A joint proclamation by the Mayor, Superintendent of Schools, City Council and School Committee recognizing June as PRIDE Month in the City of Framingham.

A public hearing to hear public input on the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 City Budgets.

Upon Request of the Licensing Coordinator, approval of Guy Tremblay, Kona Ice, Hawker/Peddler License.

Upon request of the Planning & Zoning Subcommittee, a recommendation and vote for the City Council to advertise a public hearing to consider amendments to the Framingham Zoning Ordinances Section 435 Attachment 1 Table of Uses to add a new Footnote 8a in Table 1 and Attachment 2 adding Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of .50 to the column for One and Two Family in the G zone. Further that the City Council submit the zoning amendments to the Planning Board within 14 days to hold a separate public hearing for recommendation on same as required by MGL ch. 40a sec 5. Continued at the 4/21/26 City Council Meeting.

Continued discussion and consideration of zoning amendments to Clark's Hill. Public hearing was opened on 3/17/26 and continued at the 5/19/26 Council meeting.

An update from the Finance Subcommittee regarding the request by SEB Housing consideration of affordable rents and affordable unit income limits for Bancroft Lofts & Union House.
