A discussion with Senator Spilka and Representatives Donaghue, Gregoire, Lewis, and Sousa regarding various important topics as related to the community of Framingham and its residents.

Upon request of the Mayor, a referral to the Appointment Subcommittee consideration of the appointment of Jack Drewry-D7 to serve as a member of the Cable Advisory Board through June 30, 2029.

Upon request of the Finance Subcommittee, a recommendation and continued opportunity to hear public input on the proposed purchase of property and building at 97 Franklin Street and amending Order No 2024-035-001, adopted by the City Council on June 4, 2024, to allow for the purchase of property and building located at 97 Franklin Street, Framingham, MA, including the payment of costs incidental or related thereto, instead of the purchase of 196-200 Concord Street. SECOND READING & VOTE Public Hearing opened at the Council meeting on 3/3/26 and remains open.

A discussion with the Administration regarding a Rough Draft of the FY27 Operating Budget.

Upon request the Planning & Zoning Subcommittee, a recommendation regarding the consideration of a request to draft an Approval Not Required (ANR) Plan to separate the conservation parcel from the residence at 499 Central Street for parking and access to Simpson Park.
