Upon request of the Finance Subcommittee, a recommendation and continued opportunity to hear public input on the proposed purchase of property and building at 97 Franklin Street and amending Order No 2024-035-001, adopted by the City Council on June 4, 2024, to allow for the purchase of property and building located at 97 Franklin Street, Framingham, MA, including the payment of costs incidental or related thereto, instead of the purchase of 196-200 Concord Street.

Upon request of the Planning & Zoning Subcommittee, a recommendation and vote for the City Council to advertise a public hearing to consider amendments to the Framingham Zoning Ordinances Section 435 Attachment 1 Table of Uses to add a new Footnote 8a in Table 1 and Attachment 2 adding Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of .35 or .40 to the column for One and Two Family in the G zone. Further that the City Council submit the zoning amendments to the Planning Board within 14 days to hold a separate public hearing for recommendation on same as required by MGL ch. 40a sec 5.
