Upon request of the Mayor, a request for a Public Hearing to hear public input on the proposed purchase of property and building at 97 Franklin Street and amending Order No 2024-035-001, adopted by the City Council on June 4, 2024, to allow for the purchase of property and building located at 97 Franklin Street, Framingham, MA, including the payment of costs incidental or related thereto, instead of the purchase of 196-200 Concord Street.
