Discussion and a vote upon amendments to the Framingham Zoning Ordinance regarding the addition of MBTA Overlay Districts as required by MGL Chapter 40A Section 3a of the Zoning Act. Continued from the 11/25/24 Council meeting. Discussion will next take place at the Council Meeting of 12/17/2, and 12/19/24 if needed, at 7PM.

Upon request of the Mayor, a referral to the Finance Subcommittee consideration for a transfer from the FY2025 Overlay to Assessors Operating Budget.
