Upon request of the Mayor, referral to the Finance Subcommittee of a transfer from the salary line to the expenses line in the Planning and Community Development budget.

Upon request of the Finance Subcommittee the matter regarding a transfer of $50,000 from the FY2023 salary line in the Assessing Department and $21,000 from the FY2023 expenses line in the Legal Department to the expenses line in the Assessing Department Operating Budget, increasing the FY 2023 expenses line in the Assessing Department Operating Budget by $71,000.
