Upon request of the Mayor, a referral to the Finance Subcommittee for consideration of a transfer from the General Fund Salary Reserve to various departments upon the recently concluded Non-Union Compensation and Classification study. Continued from the 3/11/25 Finance Subcommittee meeting.

Preliminary Discussion Regarding FY26 Budget 01:23:05

Upon request of the Chief Financial Officer, a referral to the Finance Subcommittee, a discussion of information regarding the preliminary FY26 budget.

The primary mission of The Government Channel network is to provide live gavel-to-gavel coverage of the Board of Health, City Council, Disability Commission, Licensing Commission, Planning Board, School Committee, Traffic Commission, and Zoning Board of Appeals. However, when those boards are not meeting, the Government Channel provides coverage of various public affairs events. The Government Channel cable operation provides programming by governmental bodies and agencies to inform residents and encourage participation in local government.
