Upon request of the Finance Subcommittee a request for additional borrowing authorization in the amount of $2,171,100 for the Farley School roof project. SECOND READING

Upon request of the Mayor, referral to the Appointments Subcommittee the reappointment of Chief Lester Baker to the position of Chief of Police.

Upon request of the Mayor, referral to the Finance Subcommittee a request for approval of two Technology Department contracts, each with a five-year term, that are needed to implement the Technology Department’s FY2023 Capital Improvement Plan.

Upon request of the Mayor, referral to the Finance Subcommittee of a transfer of funds from the salary reserve budget to various department salary lines to fund merit increases for Division Heads and Senior Managers paid under the DH and S salary tables.

Upon request of the Finance Subcommittee the matter regarding a transfer of $50,000 from the FY2023 salary line in the Assessing Department and $21,000 from the FY2023 expenses line in the Legal Department to the expenses line in the Assessing Department Operating Budget, increasing the FY 2023 expenses line in the Assessing Department Operating Budget by $71,000, and appropriation of $200,000 in overlay surplus to fund contractual services for the Five-Year Revaluation and software, hardware, and associated services for the Assessing Department's Software System Upgrade.
